The most questionable examination was The UGC-NET of June 2012. Because the outcome announced on 18th of September 2012, but after publishing the result, the Commission supposedly developed the Test’s qualification patterns by ordering that candidate in the General category have to score 65% for all three subject of the NET’s papers to become eligible for assistant professor. The other backward class (OBC) have to score 60%, and the SC/ST category have to score 55%. The Kerala court says that it is illegal to established new rules at the end time  When the 7000 applicants have gone to the tribunal of Kerala. The court says to change the rules but at the end, time to modify the rule is against the law. So the UGC regarded a note  “NOTIFICATION REGARDING PROCEDURE AND CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULT OF UGC NET TO BE HELD ON 30TH DECEMBER, 2012.” Later on in its website before the two days of examination and there is also listed stepwise the clearance of criteria and subjects according to the cutoff which is fixed by the UGC.
