Full Form of OOPS is Object Oriented Programming System: In computer science, any language (like C++ and Java) that supports the OOPS ideas is understood as Object-Oriented programing language. There are four basic necessities of Object-Oriented Programming System: Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation and abstraction. To be known as an Object orientated programing language, a language needs to fulfill these four necessities.
In Object-Oriented Programming System, everything relies on an object. An object is nothing, however, a true world entity. Not like Procedural languages that focus on procedure, Object-Oriented language relies on objects.
